SMS program

Gargaro Group Inc., operating as The Gargaro Group, provides a low-volume text-messaging program for people who request information about Building Clawson homes and other properties represented by The Gargaro Group.

You may opt in by texting a property-specific keyword to a number advertised by The Gargaro Group and then confirming your consent when requested. Messages may include requested property information and links, responses to buyer or seller inquiries, showing or appointment coordination, follow-up about a requested property, and occasional updates about relevant listings.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing property or services. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming that no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or email anthony@thegargarogroup.com.

Privacy and changes

Your use of the SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page.
